Proud of Our Tennessee Property Tax Appeal Expertise
We know Tennessee. And we know the Tennessee property tax appeal process. We believe that local expertise can best serve Tennessee property owners. We are experts on Tennessee’s county-by-county approach to assessment, and have earned our relationships with county assessors and their staffs. Our knowledge of the state’s markets will pay off in achieving fair value assessments on your property.

Criterion will review a property at no cost to the client. Criterion is only compensated if a client saves money on its property taxes.
